26-27 Student Information Form

Dear Parents,

We are preparing class lists for the 2026-27 school year. The form with this letter allows you to discuss your child’s academic and/or social strengths and needs. 

We make a determined effort to make sure that classes are fairly balanced based on academic progress, special program needs, boy/girl ratio, and several other factors. Because of the many variables involved, we cannot honor requests for specific teachers. We seek information from parents, teachers, and administrators before class placements are made. As a result, we will not make class changes after school begins.

 Please fill out this form on/or before February 24, 2026.
